Villages At Winter Green Repairs uncomplete. Ripoff

Complaint information:

Built a home with Winter Green Development. Painters hired to do the drywall and painting left drywall seams, unsanded plaster. Envoked warranty agreed upon by Gateway in our sales contract. Dan and Mike the co-owners of the Gateway painting company have both personally said they will not return to complete the work after they have repeatedly rescheduled. Last phone call with Dan, I was told that I might as well get a lawyer cause they are tired of reprioritizing to handle this low priority work.

Winter Green Development otherwise known as: Villages at Winter Green have numerous other issues with our home that haven't been resolved such as concrete work on our sidewalk, back kitchen door that leaks severly... Up to 2 gallons of water on kitchen floor everytime it rains. Floor is warping and subfloor is water-stained. Furniture stored in basement is destroyed. Top method of resolution by Winter Green is referring us to the subcontractor, where we are met with griefing that our warranty is not going to be honored or we are drug through a process where it takes so long to get a phone call or begin a repair that the company seems to hope we have forgotten problem. We have contract agreements stating that work will be honored in which they have not.
