RIPOFF Sells Damaged Goods And Will Not Fix!

I purchased a bedroom set. I then returned and purchased a sectional sofa and recliner. Items were delivered on two seperate dates as all parts were not in inventory. The purchases were made in May. It is now September.

When the sofa was delivered, it had a cut in the fabric, about 1 inch in length on the backrest. It was reported to the delivery crew and we were instructed to contact
customer service. We did so.

The bedroom set was delivered. The headboard has an imitation leather pad that covers the face of the headboard. The stitching was coming out. We reported it to customer service. The next day we also discoverd a one inch gouge in the wood and a chip in the corner of the frame about one inch above the gouge. On close
inspection, it appears the damage was previously repaired. The repairs are definately not acceptible as they are higly visable.

We have reported the damages multiple times. We have sent pictures. They have sent repairmen multiple times. They have taken multiple pictures. No repairs have
occured. No product replacement has been approved. It has been 4 month, and still no resolution.

We are preparing to move. Becks documentation indicates all warrenties are void if the furniture is moved to another location from its original delivery location.
