Ripoff dishonest, fraudulent billing

Order furniture from company and paid for it on 6/15/05.informed on 8/8/05 that furniture was discontinued. Was told that my account would be charged between 7 to 10 days. On 8/9/05 my account was again charged for the furniture.
After the calling the company for the last 2 weeks I am not receiving call backs nor have I received a refund for either charge.
