I received a dinette set damaged, with a large deep crack on the surface, and the company refuses to exchange it or refund my money. They promised me a $100.00 credit for the damage but I have yet to see it. Many phone calls were made but they just dismissed it as if I had never called. My lawyer wrote them a letter with the threat to pursue this in court and they didn't even acknowledge it. This company is a total fraud. They are dishonest and do not care about customer satisfaction whatsoever. Beware of spectrum furniture a.K.A. CSS FURNITURE! This is the most fraudulent company you may ever deal with.
