Service Master refused to pay for covered AC repairs, $1,800 rip-off

My home air conditioner quit. I got an estimate from a local contractor. Too high, they said. They sent another one who said the condenser and evaporator coils were clogged and that caused the compressor failure. They refused to pay.
I got another contractor who said the coils were fine. He replaced the compressor and I paid him $1,850.00. It works fine now. I sent AHS a Notice and Demand for Payment. If I do not receive payment within tem days I will sue them.
