1 yr. Warranty ends, furnature falls apart, they do nothing!

My parents bought me a livingroom set alittle over a year ago from Rooms to go. Now the couch and the loveseat cushions are literally coming apart at the seems and it is a material which cannot be sewed to make to problem go away! The coffee table as well has a problem, as time has gone by, the wood on one part of the table is warping!
I called Rooms to go and they said that the warranty has run out after one year. Also since I have moved from the time the furnature was delivered they said that makes my warranty expire for sure. This is one thing that I cannot understand! I mean, I can understand if I was calling saying that the legs are broken off, or the fabric has a huge hole in the back or some other part that could get ripped during the moving process, but this problem I told them is very obviously from normal everyday wear. I am sorry but I cannot help you... Is what they told me!
Well I am so upset, I feel like taking the furnature and setting it in front of their store and showing people who are shopping for new furnature what can happen after 1 years time to the furnature they were told was of good quality! And that Rooms to go will not help, they have the money, the deal is done and as far as they are concerned, it could literally blow up in your living room and they would not do anything to stand by their product!
I am a very neat clean person, with a husband and two young boys in the house who know better than to mistreat our furnature, as anyone who comes into my home can plainly see. So I cannot even say that my kids have mistreated it, I honestly believe from the bottom of my heart that I am being completely shafted!
I do not recommend to anyone, no matter how much money you think you are saving now, to purchase anything from Rooms to go without giving it some serious consideration, because in the long run it will wind up costing them more to repair or replace it (and in alot sooner time frame than they might expect)!
