Tree Tomato ripoff

I ordered 6 of the tree tomato plants on 2/25/05 and this company has received payment in full of $21.23. To date, I still have not received the plants or a refund. I have tried to contact this company but it does not exist anymore. There is no telephone number listed and the website no longer works. Any advice that you may have would be greatly appreciated.
