Ripoff. Company never sent tomato trees that were ordered

I ordered 4 tomato trees by mail from this company. I bought 4 plants for $10.98. I paid for the order by check.

I received a notice that the plants would be shipped the week of May 6th. I have never received the plants.

I have tried calling their number at 616-621-2481 and either I get a busy signal or no dial tone
