Ripoff, keep raising monthly mortgage, keep me in a state of confusion on the billing

I was wanting to do a home equity loan on my rent house to have only one note and pay off my credit cards. I was wanting to save my credit.

I had renters move out and I became behind on the mortgage. I talked to an attorney for Ocwen and he put me in a forbearance plan. I thought everything was settled, however, since then I have been behind on the mortgage note.

I have sent them the money they say that will get me caught up and the next month they say I am behind. This year on February 28th, I talked to the attorney and did a payment of $5,000.00 over the phone and asked him if this would get me caught up through April (because the next day was March 1).

He informed I would be and he would call me back for a confirmation number. If he called me back I never received the message. Within two weeks Ocwen was calling me again and saying I was behind for March. Could someone help me figure everything out?
