Ripoff refuses to refund $267 for merchandise not delivered last Novembe

I bought $4700 worth of appliances last November from this company. Fortunately they delivered most of it in December. Two items did not ship.By February I told them to forget it and just refund my $267, a small amount compared to my original order.

I have gotten one excuse after another: can't find invoice, moved, files not unpacked yet, etc etc etc. But no refund.

It's hard to believe this company will jeopardize their reputation over this relatively small amount. This order was placed on e-bay. Future buyers beware!!! I checked their e-bay feedback but did not think to check the San Diego BBB report, which is UNSATISFACTORY.

I would never use this compnay under any circumstances again.
