Ken Supervisor On a Purifier, lie and fraud. $1252.00 rip-off

Sold me an air-purifier for my a/c for $1252.00, failing to tell me that each year it cost you $200-$300.00 to replace 2 bulb's in the unit. Would never have bought it, if the truth would of been told to me. I am 80 years old, and they gave me the works.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to reach Ken with no success. The big run around, always out of the office. The mfg sent a letter out to the owners, stating there was a defect in them and to shot them off.

Have heard nothing from Kenmark Air. I have been a contract holder with them for 11 years. Never thought they would do this.
