In August I paid timestar $599.00 via credit card to sell my timeshare in Florida. After receiving their contract to be signed, I read it and did not like terms of this contract. I sent the contract back to the company unsigned with a note on the contract "please cancel"

I then called them spoke to a larry who wanted me to line out the part I did not like sign the contract and mail it to them. I told larry to just cancel it. I did not sign this contract or send them a copy. Have called but get no response.
