Ripoff just like everyone else I ordered, paid and never received

My report is just like everyone elses. I ordered, paid and never received. The two address's I was given was Atlanta Georgia and Spokane, Washington. When I checked with the BBB in Spokane in December before I placed my order they told me that they didn't have any complaints out of Washington but did have a couple of complaints out of Georgia. How is it that by December they didn't know something was wrong if some of you people have been waiting for a year? Also in March I got a fax from AHF stating that they had good news and that my order would be shipped sooner than expected. Did this happen to anyone else? I will be register with the FTC and the USPO but if anyone know's of other places to contact please post them.
