Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing poor work quality bad customer service

Orange Coast Plumbing, Inc. (OCP) had grossly over charged for work performed at a rate of $271.00 per hour for one plumber. Over charged for supplies and equipment. Misinformed customer about the true situation of the problem which resulted in costly repair work not needed, a total of 10 hrs in two days of work resulted in $3,400.00 charges. Added unwanted stress to customer by making them a hostage of the situation. Left customer with out use of their bathroom for 13 days. Called (OCP) 13 times prior to them responding to our complaints. Does not follow up as promised (OCP) agreed to a credit refund of $500.00 which they now refuse to pay. They do not keep there word.

My foolish fault is I didn't get what they promised in writing only their word. What does this say about there word.
