Furniture ripped table chipped 3 months trying to get them to come to my home my one year warranty expired 3/31/05 Ripoff

I purchased a living room from seamans. The pillows from the couch came in ripped, and after 6months of owning the furnituer the table has chipped in many places. I have stains on the couch and purchased this 5 year warranty to have them clean it. I cant get a hold of anyone. I place a service call and they confirm it, but never show up. I don't know what to do.
