Ripoff they send only some of the items you order and charge you for all of them they won't get back to you i have sent 6 emails and got no response

I ordered 8 parts for a vacuum cleaner and they sent only 6. I have emailed the company 6 times and they have not responded. I requested a contact phone # from them and i also gave my cell # so they could contact me. I think this company which claims to be a family business needs to wake up.
