We bought three locksets from All Your Hardware for our home, (one handlset, an entry door lock and deadbolt.) believing we were buying quality merchandise. When they arrived and I opened the boxes we were greatly dissapointed by the substandard cheap quality in both material and craftmanship of the knobs and deadbolt.
We contacted the company and said we were returning the order, got all the necessary information from them for the return, packed the stuff up and sent it back.
We have never been refunded the $67.90. Since the time we returned the ordert we have made many attempts to contact them&called and emailed but no one will help us.
All I wanted was the money back for the merchandise that I returned to them which was unused and in the same quality as when it was sent to me.
