Real Estate Ripoff

I decided to purchase a home from this company. They said the would handle everything. They would prepare the land and build the home on the site. I was even given an estimated move in date.

Well, first they had me meet with their loan company. I did and all was fine. After signing the title paperwork and giving them my deposit, they changed the loan information.

The date of my move in began to change. Eventually they told me that the city would not approve the building permit. So that was the end of the home process.

My buyers agreement for the land included the buyers condition that a building permit and placement of a home was completed.

This company now refuses any communication with me. They have my money, and the house I was buying. I now have useless land and suposidly a mortgage somewhere for all of it.

Never trust this company. They will turn their backs as soon as they have your money!
