We have been buying gas from Jorgas for 4 1/2 years. We are not always prompt with our payment for various reasons. So we are on a prepay basis with this company. A few months ago the delivery man for Jorgas came in to the hardware store where my husband was and said "you owe us money! You better pay your bill". Maybe 4 or 5 people heard this. That was'nt so bad but 2 days ago we realized we needed more gas in a hurry so we tried to use our debit card. The women working there said she would have to charge us 20% extra to use the card. We just transferred the money and the card was not working yet. She said she was too busy and we would have come in and pay cash. When my son called her again to try the card again she was very rude. My son got mad and was also rude. He did not swear or use bad language in any way. That very same day she called our landlord and said we have not paid our bill and my son used vulgarity and she could'nt work with us anymore. Whats with this company?
