Scam artist

Ray Purselley made an offer to do major construction on my house. He said his business was called Horizon Devco llc in Scottsdale, Arizona. Said his office was on 9832 N Hayden Lane, Suite 217.
Before I hire anyone to do major construction, I thoroughly research the company, reviews, and the owner.
My findings were disturbing. He owes SBA over $30, 000 with a high alert notice. All his reviews were less than honorable. He has more than several civil suits against him from Colorado to Arizona. Every few years he starts a new Llc. Found about 20 from 2005. Even drove to his business location on 9832 N Hayden, Suite 217 in Scottsdale, Arizona 3 different times to find Squires Group decals on the window.
Door was always locked in the daytime. Ray’s business name was not on the window.
He has moved about 20 times in the last decade. His latest address in on 7637 E Calles de las Brisas. He even bragged about being subsidized for 18 months at that location where he lives.
Also called a nice couple he ripped off around 2013 from Flagler, Colorado. They gave me an earful of disturbing information.
I’m grateful I never hired him. His bid was so much higher than the competitors. Too many red flags.
