Scammed us!

When first searching for someone to install a pool we went with Alaglass Pools in St. Matthews, SC due to the reviews, even though they were a little more expensive. Turns out they ask you to write a good review and then they will give you something free, do not believe those reviews. We wanted the pool installed for our sons birthday party in August and was given a date in July and assured it would be done, it took them months of cancelling or just not showing up even though I took off from work and had sand trucks there, paid out of my pocket, to finally install the pool, well before they even filled it with water the sides caved in and was crooked, it is now January and the only thing we have to show for 55, 000 is an eyesore in our yard that we cannot cover up with a pool cover or put a fence up around it because it is still just busted up concrete that they refuse to come and finish and we are required by law to do that. We have had a puppy almost drown and are worried because we have children in our home. We have been promised so many times that they would make it right, but they have their money at this point they don't care. I have spoken to the owner who said it would take me 6 years and a lot more money to try to bring a law suit against him, apparently he's been through the process. I will get a lawyer and will pay anything I need to and will show him he cannot treat his customers this way. This is a horrible business and they refuse to call back or honor their word. I've said just give me my money back or come fix it and he refuses to do either. Please look at these pics and tell me if you would be upset if you have invested 55, 000 in this disgusting mess in your yard, we had also purchased a 4, 000 slide and all sorts of things that is just lying around, wasted money!
