Never Completed Job. Broken Promises

SWAT doesn't back their workmanship. SWAT took two days to do a job that we were quoted 1/2 a day to complete so I had to take an extra day off work. This company also drilled multiple 4 1/2" diameter holes in our ceiling of our garage because they cant measure on day one. The installer on day one decided that he was in over his head and opted to leave early. The installer on day one PROMISED me I would get a discount or an upgraded radon fan the next day. The next day a different technician arrived and spent another 6 hours at our house. When the second tech was ready to leave I asked him about the mess and the holes in my garage ceiling. The tech got on the phone with his boss, ran to home depot and performed the worst drywall repair job the next day to try to get off the project. They PROMISED to be back once the drywall repair was dry to sand and paint and clean up the mess and did not.

Two conversations with the office later and we are still left holding the bag with a crap job that was performed in a sub professional manner. Additionally our radon levels barely decreased. Look else where for your servicer. HQ not helping.
