Contractor Refuses To Pay Architect After Receiving Owner Funds

Mark Provenzano entered into a professional agreement then refused to pay the architect on the project after receiving the architecture fee from the building owner. Seems like this guy's business model is to accept money as general contractor and then not pay subcontractors or professional organizations, instead pocketing the money for himself. Do not do business with this company.
