Scott bennett or Ronald s bennett, 703-888-8895. Is a contractor in Virginia who was nice at first then would give excuses as to why he was short on my pay and always said next week. I brought materials because he was never at the job site to purchase them himself. Then never paid me back. Would not finish one job to start another. Just so he could collect the check from the client. Took 3 weeks to order a standard sink and toilet. He was drunk by 4pm at glory days in reston, instead of working. I have receipts worth $800 of unpaid materials, and week worth of pay also a bill from trash removal
