Contracted with Sandoval and Sons to do work at my home. Paid 50% down and refused to pay balance due to poor quality work. Complaint to ROC with recommendation to repair work. Repaired work MANY times and worse each time. They are dishonest, incompetent and deceitful.
They have about a dozen complaints against them with the ROC and all the people I talked to got tired of trying to beat them. They hire workers who are not qualified and are unsupervised by anyone. Do not hire them for anything - they will make your life miserable and do a bad job.
