Ripped me off over $15,000 and the department of labor is investigating Rip-off

I was one of the top salesman in the office and Bil Ray continuosly ripped me off of commissions. When I asked why, I was given several excuses like my calculations were off, I ordered the wrong materials, customers financing fell through, even though the job was complete, etc, etc. The people responsible are John Ryall, the office sales manager, and Tom Peterson, the v.P. Of sales. I urge anyone who is thinking of working for them to do otherwise, they are cheats and every employee knows it. The shame of it is that they do most of Sears' home improvements.
