Transmission Line Leak Denied Under Powertrain Warranty

My 2010 Cobalt is leaking at the crimp of transmission line and dealership says not covered under powertrain warranty because it is not part of transmission??? And can't explain to me why it is not considered part of the transmission or why it is not covered! And why doesn't General Motors have an email address? Bigwigs don't want to hear from their disappointed customers? Will never recommend a GM car ever to anyone!
