On 7/3 I signed Tonys voucher to have company repair 2nd story balcony door. I called their office on 7/11,7/18 and 7/31. Due to no response in Aug I hired and paid someone else to do the work. On Sep 4th I received a bill in the mail so I contacted them and spoke to Greg the owner about the job not being done, my security camera, locked gated 6ft privacy fence, etc since he stated 1 of his workers repaired the door however he wasnt able to give me a date. Gregs advsie was to have Tony come back out to my house the next day so I said sure. Greg arrived and I handed him lock cutters to cut the lock so he could again see for himself, he then waded thr my backyard and the high grass to ask questions about my doors. This was a waste of time because he stuck with the line the work was done by them. I paid Done Right the balance of $180 on 12/11 because they were going to sue me knowing the work was never done by them. My home is heavily secured to include security camera which captured no clips or pics. I have been done wrong! I have been scammed. I would not recommend this company. Women run while you can. I am sure there must be others like me who have faced this same dilema. HELP!
