The Brick - Delays and Lack of Care! - French Script 2PK Dining Chai

We purchased 6 dining room chairs on September 21 from The Brick in Peterborough. We were told they would be a few weeks. Never had a call or status update from the salesman, David Witt the entire time%u2026 We called weekly to get a status. Sure he loved the commission!
Finally picked them up from The Brick in Peterborough on October 21/22nd. Assembled on the 25th, 4 out of the 6 were assembled. The two which could not be assembled came from the same box, and could not line up the back and the bottom of the chair. I called the store to see what could be done and was told by Mary Jo %u201Cmaybe I should return them and then come back to the store and select something I might find easier to assemble! %u201D Really%u2026 I had 4 already assembled and somehow I had the issue. After a rather heated exchange I realized it was not worth my time as although we had been a loyal Brick customer I would not be returning every again, period.
Mary Jo then decided to be nice and offered to re-order the two chairs; and after me pushing, have them delivered to me and pick up the faulty chairs. She said it would be about a week and they would call me to let me know. Well today is Nov 1 and again I had to call the store. Guess what, chairs are now back ordered until late-November. Really%u2026 chairs purchased late September and still will not have all 6 until late November.
Through all of this I have never heard from David Witt (salesperson) or now Mary Jo as to status. I do the contacting. I want the Brick to step up and do something for my time and trouble. I am not their largest customer, but I have been loyal. This event is like a trip to the dentist!
