Scammed!

I had services completed on my washer, my receipt stated the charges were to be $290.11. However, come to find out my credit card was charged $467 in foreign currency, then an additional $18.97 to transfer the money into US currency. The following day my credit card was charged an additional $290.11 in US funds WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. I have called multiple times and was told By their "manager" that I needed to speak with my bank. The bank told me they NEVER recieved any notification to reimburse me for $497, however Nations Appliance is not hearing this. If that were not enough I got a call from the tech who serviced my washer to inform me he had not received his commission-REALLY, REALLY—Someone obviously got paid, cause I'm out $787. I have put in a dispute with my credit card company & the BB Bureau.
