Ripoff poor quality furniture and lack of concern for customer satisfaction

In 2001 my fiance' and I purchased a couch and love seat from the Rhodes furniture store in Orlando.in December when I moved my couch out for the Christmas tree I found that a spring had popped out and is pushing against the fabric in the back. This couch is rarely used as I prefer the love seat and it is my opinion this is a structural defect. When I contacted Rhodes and attempted to have it repaired I was told I would have to have it repaired at my own expense. I spoke with the office Manager whos name is Elizabeth and she relayed my request to the Store manager, Carla Griffith, who also stated they would not repair it. I have written a letter to the Corporate office and my fiance' and I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Rhodes again due to their policy, lack of concern for customer satisfaction and apparent poor quality product.
