I ordered a couch from here in May a month before I moved into my apartment. I picked another color than the floor model. They considered it a special order and said it would take a little longer. The salesman said 14 to 16 weeks at the absolute latest. I was willing to wait because I loved the couch and had searched everywhere not finding one I really liked. Well September came and went and still no couch. I called to see when it was going to be delivered, they told me in November. Then that time passed.

I found out work was going to be transfer me to AZ. I went into the store and told them my situation. The manager Donna had me fill out a refund slip and said I would get a check in the mail in 2 weeks. I never got a check. I called and complained to several different employees week after week and still no check. Everyone just tells me 2 weeks. This place is the biggest joke ever. I am filing a report with better business bureau and getting a lawyer. This place owes my $1600.
