Ripoff! Toliet rust!

Old Republic is a rip off. They don't cover anything. They have no service dept. They have nothing to sell. I called them about a leaking toliet that because of the leaking problem, I removed and cleaned up. They sent a loser plumber, with dress pants and a leather jacket didn't want to touch anything. He calls and tells me everything is approved and that he was going to get the part and come back in the morning.

4:50pm that day I get called from Old Republic, we can not cover it because it was damaged by the user. I tell her it rusted and old and was leaking toliet water everywhere, they didn't car. They said that they don't cover rust in toliets. So my questions is then what do you cover? No answer.

This is really a ripoff. They first blamed me and then found an out with the rust. There not worth anything. I will never spend a dollar on them again.

BTW, even though the plumber did nothing. They want $55 dollars. So plumbers know that they can come over look say that it's not covered and still make $55 dollars. Nice trick.
