Worst Customer Service

I was given a $50.00 credit because of problem I had booking a hotel reservation. On July 16th I went to make another hotel reservation and wanted to use my credit. I was on the phone for 1 hour and 4 agents and no one was able to help me. The last agent got all the way to payment information when she told me she couldn't apply the credit. At that point I gave up. I feel that I was given the credit as a scam. I will never use AARP Travel center or Expedia. To everyone who is thinking about using either of these companies please think twice because the only thing you will get is frustration.
