Absolute Removal Aka Great Basin Pest Control Inc and JAMES STANFILL rip-off! Do not do business with them

Absolute Removal or Great Basin Pest Control Inc, is a very poorly managed organization. James & Anette Stanfill (Ogden Utah) call themselves professional and say they will stand behind their work. Take my advice do not do business with them. They will breach contract, not show up on time, take two times as long, make up excuses, smoke pot in your driveway, eat your food, not flush your toilet, do shotty, work and then not stand behind it like they guarantee they will.

They claim they are CMICI certified mold inspectors of the contractors institute but after many hours of searching I am still unable to locate any such designation or institution. The only institution I could find that offered a designation close to this was some MICR institute in Washington State and PCI, where if you pay the tuition watch the video and pass the 5th grade exam you can become certified. Come on! Like consumers wants some dude who watch a 2hr video advising them on how to handle a toxic substance?

The only reason why MICR or any other organization will give someone this designation is take advantage of anyone who is dense enough to handle toxic mold on a daily bases and risk there own health. Just a little FYI, a professional designation is someone who has complete considerable course work (2 hr VHS training video) in an accredited institution. For example a CPA, JD, CFA, CFP, CMA, MD, DMD, DDS, RN are all good examples of a professional designation.in addition I still have not been able to verify there State of Utah Department of Agriculture silence #40016293 or any contracts license in the state.

Absolute Removal or Great Basin Pest Control Inc., will not return any of our phone calls and will honor the term of there contract.instead of going through the hassle and wasting our time with a small claims court we will just do the next best thing. Get the word out that Great Basin and the management team does not have any integrity, business ethic, and has no right doing business.
