Van Vreede's
Ripoff dishonest fraud

We desperately neeeded a new dryer since our old one does not work anymore. Van Vreede's is the brand name around Green Bay area and so we thought we would be safe going there. Little that we know, the smooth sell associate sold us the a dryer in the showroom with all the required parts and labors. Well, it turns out that it's an electric one and he did not tell us that. The delivery guys came two days later and discover that we needed a gas dryer. We were hoping for the understanding of the miscommunications at the sale point.instead, we got the runaround, insulted for accepting whatever the associate was telling us at the sale point and being charged extra for the delivery of the wrong dryer and the correct one, plus, extra charges for the gas dryer in which we wanted. If we have known that having wet clothes in the house, the extra hidden charges, and being talked to the way the people at Van Vreede's talked to us then we would have never set foot into Van Vreede's.

This is why we would shop anywhere else.
