United restoration replace my ac unit in sept 04, and put in an extra duct for 3745.00. As of today i have no heat in my house because they fail to complete the job.

I have a 15 mouth old granddaughter and a 13 year old son whom i have to find other places to stay for the winter. Please help me to find any information on these people to correct this problem...
My children would have prefered to be at their own home for christmas... But due to the rip off we had to go other places
