Does not pay sub-contractors for labor or materials

I was hired by Galazia to excavate a new basement in Cranberry. I was also hired to deliver 10 tons of 2A limetstone for a footer. Galazia claimed that he would pay me once the owner paid him. After 30 days I contacted Galazia who said the check was already in the mail. Well, it's been 2 months now and no check from Galazia. No wonder he hasn't called me back for any new projects.

If you are working with Galazia, beware! He is a liar and a thief. He never uses the same sub contractors twice, because he he rips everybody off. Both times I was at the work site, Galazia smelled like a brewery. He probably drank my money away and couldn't pay me.
