Good afternoon.

This has been the worst experience I ever have gone through with any company. The process has taken more than a month. I've dealt with unprofessional staff, both on the supervisory level as well as the customer service reps. The amount of misinformation has been incomparable and I've been lied to on countless times. I've been told that I was not telling the truth on one occasion by CSR and none of my emails and phone requests have been answered as they should. I can continue, but I feel it won't do or change anything. Please forward this to your corporate management and have them reply.

With nothing further, I await reply.
