Kitchen Renovation - Sears home service

This was the worst experience ever!!!
Today is 5/17 and it's been three weeks since I've had a fully functional kitchen.

They did a decent job on the cabinets BUT no drawers yet, and a very shabby electrical job.

Customer service is really bad after you sign a contract, I've been emailing every day and now I'm not getting any response. They were so responsive before getting the business, they came to my house with this fluffy story about how they value their reputation, blah, blah, blah and now I have a bunch of their material sitting in my dining room and in my living room for three weeks and the job is incomplete. The under cabinet lighting has wires and the fixtures are terrible. It completely ruined the aesthetic of the new cabinetry it's horrid.

If you're thinking of using them... Think again!
