This guy who runs this two bit fix it man company is a real loser. Wants money upfront before the work evens begins. Something was fishy with this so I called city hall to see if they had a business license and there is no Turnkey Maintenance with a city license.
Do not hire, no license and prices are way to high. Found out they take forever to finish the work and it ain't that great when its done. Remember you get what you pay for. The worst was when I found out the owner made a pass at my wife... Do not hire this company.
