Took my corvette to this ntb got good tires yes, always got my oil changes done here but one time the would be mech didnt put the oil filter on tight and my vette engine blew up that day called there corp office they say hi managment will call you but they never did so i called back over and over same results, well i had to get rid of my vette or it would be 10 thousand for me to repair it, well the other day same ntb took my infiniti g35 to get back tires, they sold me some crappy passanger car tires for my sports car look like crap, and was rude and none helpful, do not use ntb they will steal everything from you, the manager mike at this location thinks hes the best in the world at cars but he is real dumb. Im contacting the bbb on this matte
