Ripoff system did not work company lied about dispatching now wants to enforce ripoff contract even though we are in different state

Company did not dispatch on a burglary. After every alarm, panel keeps history, company lied about alarm history contained in panel. We then moved, they still want us to stay in contract even though they do not have service in GA. Kenton King claims he is the highest person you can talk to with CPI, but he is not even in upper management... He just sits there and laughs at you on phone and will not let you complete sentence then trys to twist what you say.
