JK STUDIO DESIGNS, LLC Jeff Kleinman improperly installed an exterior solar shade to a 60" x 60" window TWICE. The shade is falling off and it won't retract

Jeff Kleinman arrived the same day I called him for an estimate. That was nice. He was such a nice man and ultimately a great salesperson. I ordered the Solar Shade immediately because I trusted Angie's List. When he returned a few days later to install the shade I should have known something was amiss when he arrived with a roller tube that was too wide. But, things happen I realize that and he said he was sorry and embarrassed but he had to return to his home to re-cut the length. So he comes back hours later... And begins to drill the brackets in that hold the shade. It took him approximately 4 hours to complete that simple task. When he was finally complete he tells me... We look at... He operates it... Works fine... I begin to write him a check. But before I give it to him I look through his receipt very carefully and I didn't see ANY warranty information.
