NSLI DBA Servpro Hicksville/Plainview - Restoration

They did a bait and switch on pricing then sent undisciplined thugs to tear out walls & insulation 4 feet up from Hurricane Sandy flooding. They removed things that they were told to leave. They removed or stole property. They did much damage. They were scary thugs. No professionals as advertised. Manager never returned calls until he realized I refused to pay balance of his inflated bill. Stay away from this company! Sue them if you had a similar experience. This franchise should not be allowed to be in business.
