Tanisha id Number 585 the order was placed on 12-13-12 I tried to cancelled the order the same day but was told i couldn't

I placed a order for the seanonair heater on line. The order was placed on 12-31-12. I call in to cancelled the order the same day 12-31-12 and was told the order was already shipped. When I asked to speak to a manager she said the order was being shipped from Las Vegas. I asked her how could the order be already shoipped since I just placed the order and she just laughed. She said I would have to send it back to the company when I got it which would be in about 2-3 weeks. Seasonair is a RIP OFF
