Took merchandise back but did not refund money back to my credit card

We purchased a mattress and adjustable base bed which was told just loud in store becuase used alot they delivered sounded like mac truck in bedroom so they brought another sounded same way spoke with District manager Ron Berry he agreeded to take back bases and replace with regular boxes and refund the difference now credit card statement has come and no refund. Also turned in perscription for medical use for mattress set and they were also supposed to return sales tax money of $269.91 to us and did not. We purchased another matterss and spent $2000.00 with them 5 years ago and already having to replace does not meet warranty expectations to replace I guess we should have learned from the first experience. Worst experience I have ever had and they have kept $2522.28 dollars this is wrong for people to ripoff people like this. We are in our 50's and work hard for our money only to get it taken by some shady company. Sleep Experts
