Carport.com Carolina Carport Refused to refund my deposit on carport

I ordered a carport through Elephant Structures which has apparantly gone by the name of Carolina Carports also. Their website is carport.com. Two days later I was surfing the web when I came across some of thier reviews and complaints. I then called within my 3 days to cancel my order. I knew it might be a problem so I tried to get an E-mail regarding my cancelation in which 3 people couldn't do. I called time and time again but was told Heather was the only one that could refund my money. I really don't think a Heather even works thier. I think it is just a fictitious code word. It wasn't until I got ahold of the North Carolina Attorney General. Within 2 days I recieved my refund and it wasn't by Heather. Do not do business with this business or any other of thier akas. They have had many numerous types of complaints.
