ComplaintDescription: I signed a contract on Dec. 7th 2003 to have a pool/spa put in at 101 swarthmore drive in moorestown, NJ 08057 and to this day he has only been to my house 5 times and keeps avoiding my calls. He has taken down some trees and dug the hole for the pool and left my yard in shambles. I try to call him every few days and he will not take my calls. He is holding 28,000 dollars of mine of the totoal 47,000 that the job was to cost. I dont know what to do... There is a big hole in my yard where the pool was supposed to go for a month now. It has no fence and is filling up with water. I am affaid that some of the kids in the area may get hurt. I have also filed a complaint in the PA attorney Generals office...
