Magic Jack
Doesn't work

I have just spent over an hour on the phone w/the technical help trying to get my MJ to work again.in the less than on year I've owned it, it has stopped working for whatever reason at least 5 times. I bought the 5-yr plan and see people write that service is just cut off after one year w/no reimbursement, and I am concerned that will happen to me. The technical help never gives me the name of the head of Magic Jack or an address or phone number for them, and there are none listed on the website. Never a good thing. I want to know if my service will be continued, and I also want to know how I can reach the company directly. Also at this point my MJ still does not work because I didn't have another hour to spend online w/the technical support.
